Had a few people ask me these questions :

Q: Are Guano Apes really back together ?
A: YES! Guano Apes are getting back together for a festival run of shows. Dates are currently being booked/confirmed.

Q:Really? How come theres nothing on the main webpage?
A: Basically, the best kept secret in GA history was found out early!
The original plan was to make an announcement once all the dates had been confirmed. However someone saw the band listed as playing at Novarock festival. Official confirmation was then recieved from a couple of reliable sources.

Q: Yeah yeah, "reliable sources", i've seen other websites that claim to have info when its still just rumours!
A: Confirmation came from band members & management. We're lucky that theres always been a good line of communication between the band & this forum.

Q: But what does this mean happens with iO & Sandras solo career?
A: Have you heard of multitasking? No, seriously, theres no official word about this at the moment.

Q: Ok, so they're back together,planning festivals. Will they play " insert festival name " in " insert country"?
A: Dates are still being booked. Once confirmed they will appear on the site/forum

Right now, i really dont know. As previously said, i'm aware theyre in negotiations for "numerous"(how many i dunno) festival dates.
I'm guessing than means whole festival season.
We'll just have to wait n see mate.

well, after "the admin" just asked me, if i would got banned of the forum, here's my post.. lol

i hardly couldn't belive it myself, when i heard about it Smile .
but after speaking with dennis, i had my proof. (he asked me to keep it by myself, but it seems, now things are kinda "official" Wink )
another proof is, that göttingen is a "small" city where having secrets is impossible Wink - collective friends saw them jamming together end of last year. a beatiful sentence stude said: "the lost sister is back."
i think that's really touching.. Smile

damn shit, i really have no time, money and head for all this touring again!! haha!

Ufff, after several years, I finally succeed after two trials to log in...Smile
anyway, don´t know what to write.
Finding out about their come back on festival tour was one of the best gift on my name-day. And I still can´t believe they should visit a Czech Festival as well Big Grin
But probably the nicest thing is that they are REALLY playing together again, and Stude´s sentence....awwww Pleased

Sincerely, I still can´t imagine I could see them on a stage this year....

I heard a rumour january that Guano Apes where going to play at roskilde and as the cool guy i am i said "yeah sure and so will nirvana", but i guess that pretty much comfirms it.

Roskilde festival is from 2th to 5th july and they played there before.

Seriously, this is the best shit that i've read in over my past 5 years!
This fucking tops it!

There is no better live vocalist the Sandra, and the instrumentals are just AWSOME! The pounding beats rock the shit out wherever i am!
