ahahahah it had to be. Just a few days ago I told Simon that my bet for them in PT was Marés Vivas Wink it's a good small festival (where I saw them for the 1st time!!) 1 hour away from my parent's home! good thing i'll be back to PT then!

it's still early for tickets + infos on this festival. The Admin should be posting a few infos shortly on how to get there, etc.

I'll try to keep everyone up to date on new developments (tickets, bands, location, etc).

Last year, tickets were 15€ (1 day) or 30€ (3 days). Max. capacity = 20.000! it's likely to sell out!

Ryanair folks! They flight to Porto, and for less than 50 euros you can have many european cities...

i just checked ryanair from london to porto and for 2 people its a total of £130. thats about the same as euros at the moment so quite cheap. tickets please!

I flew with Ryanair to Porto twice! I spent always just few euro or one eurocent... From Prague in summer the cheapest option (Ryanair flies from Hahn or London and I have to get there for similar price!) and you have to count extra fee for bagpack and airport check-in,because of tent and sleeping bag... Sky europe is for 158 EUR incl luggage to Lisbon. But still the lowest budget will be about 280 EUR at least with food from Continente Big Grin And it's still too much for this summer Confused

when you select the type of check in you want and add a bag ryanair added another £113. so thats £243 total for me and a friend. not too bad. dont know if i can afford 2 festivals in 1 month.

113 for bags? Just bring your backpack with you. I forgot to point out that there's no camping on this one (can you confirm this guanasic?); but for 113 pound it's cheaper if you just stay in a hostel!! bring a small backpack with some clothing and you're set Big Grin

Tottally agree with Darude... forget the bags! 113£ is like 150€, enough money to sleep 3 nights on a Ibis Hotel for example (single or double rooms for 45-50€ per night)... If you look for hostels it's even cheaper...

It's summer time, so no need for many clothes, just bring a backpack and enjoy Ryanair low low fares (no bags, online check-in, no insurance Big Grin ).

I also think that even if there is a camping near the festival it will be in a not so well located place (nothing to see around, no great transport connections), so better stay in Oporto and enjoy it!
